إذا فقد العضو شرطا من شروط القيد فى الجدول فعلى مجلس النقابة إبلاغ لجنة القيد لتصدر قرارا بشطب اسمه من الجدول .
ولمن شطب اسمه من الجدول أن يستأنف هذا القرار أمام اللجنة المنصوص عليها فى المادة الرابعة عشرة من هذا القانون خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ إبلاغه بالقرار المذكور .
وله أن يجدد طلب القيد فى الجدول مصحوبا برسم قيد جديد .
وعلى اللجنة أن تعيد قيده بعد التحقق من زوال أسباب شطب الاسم .
