تستبعد لجنة القيد من جدول الصحفيين تحت التمرين من لم يتقدم لقيد اسمه فى جدول الصحفيين المشتغلين خلال ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ انتهاء فترة التمرين إلا إذا قدم عذرا مقبولا منعه من تقديم الطلب .
ولا يجوز قبول قيده فى هذا الجدول الأخير إلا بعد مضى سنة من تاريخ استبعاد اسمه ، على أن يدفع رسم قيد جديد .
