لشركة التأمين ، إذا أدت مبلغ التأمين فى حالة قيام المسئولية المدنية
قبل غير المؤمن له أو على غير المصرح له بقيادة المركبة ، أن ترجع على المسئول عن الأضرار
لاسترداد ما تكون قد أدته من تعويض .
