مع عدم الإخلال بالاختصاصات المخولة للهيئات الرياضية ، يصدر الوزير المختص
القرارات اللازمة لتنفيذ أحكام هذا القانون خلال مدة لا تجاوز ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ العمل به ،
وحتى تصدر هذه القرارات يستمر العمل باللوائح والقرارات القائمة فيما لا يتعارض مع أحكام
هذا القانون .
