يكون لكل منشأة رياضية تابعة للجهة الإدارية المركزية وملحقاتها مجلس أمناء ،
يصدر بتشكيله قرار من الوزير المختص .
ويتولى مجلس الأمناء وضع السياسة العامة لإدارة المنشأة وتشغيلها ،
والعمل على تقديم الخدمات الرياضية لجهات المجتمع . وتضع الجهة الإدارية المركزية
لائحة للإدارة والتشغيل ومقابل الخدمات ، وتعتمد من الوزير المختص .
