ينشأ الاتحاد النوعى باتفاق الجهات المنصوص عليها فى المادة (٥٤) من هذا القانون
أو بقرار من الجهة الإدارية المختصة ، ويصدر قرار من الوزير المختص بالنظام الأساسى
للاتحادات النوعية يتضمن القواعد والأسس الخاصة بتكوينها وإدارتها ،
والعلاقة بينها وبين الأعضاء المشتركين فيها ، وطريقة تمثيلهم فى مجلس إدارتها ،
وغير ذلك من الإجراءات التنظيمية .
