ينتخب مؤسسو الهيئة الرياضية من بينهم مجلس الإدارة الأول لمدة أربع سنوات ،
ويفوض هذا المجلس من بين أعضائه عضوا أو أكثر ينوب عنه فى إتمام إجراءات الشهر ،
وعلى المفوض أن يقدم إلى الجهة الإدارية المختصة طلب شهر الهيئة الرياضية موضحا به
مقرها وموقعا عليه من الرئيس .
وتحدد الجهة الإدارية المركزية الأوراق المطلوبة ونظام قيد طلبات الشهر والسجلات
الخاصة بذلك .
