يحظر على الرياضيين تعاطى المواد المنشطة ، ولا يجوز مخالفة قواعد الوكالة الدولية
لمكافحة المنشطات فى مجال الرياضة ، كما يحظر على المدربين والأطباء ، المعتمدين
وغيرهم من العاملين فى مجال الرياضة إعطاء المواد المنشطة للرياضيين ومطالبتهم وتحريضهم
على تعاطيها وتطبيق وسائل محظورة وفقا لقواعد المنظمة الدولية لمكافحة المنشطات .
