يجب أن يذكر اسم الهيئة الرياضية ورقم شهرها ودائرة نشاطها في جميع دفاترها وسجلاتها ومحرراتها ومطبوعاتها ، ولا يجوز إطلاق أسماء الهيئات الرياضية على أي إصدارات أو نشرات مكتوبة أو إلكترونية أو محال أو أعمال أو بضاعة ولا يجوز صنع شارات هذه الهيئات أو علاماتها أو الاتجار فيها بغير إذن منها .
كما لا يجوز لأي شركة أو هيئة أن تتخذ تسمية تثير اللبس بينها وبين هيئة أخرى .
