في حالة وفاة المريض الخاضع لإجراءات الدخول أو العلاج الإلزامى تلتزم إدارة المنشأة
بإخطار النيابة المختصة وأهل المريض والمجلس الإقليمى للصحة النفسية
خلال أربع وعشرين ساعة من تاريخ الوفاة ، فضلا عن إرسال تقرير مفصل إلى المجلس الإقليمى
للصحة النفسية مصحوبا بصورة كاملة من ملف المريض المتوفى شاملا جميع الفحوصات
والأبحاث وطرق العلاج التي استخدمت .
