يجوز لمدير المنشأة إنهاء حالة الدخول أو العلاج الإلزامي بناء ، على طلب أحد أقارب المريض
أو من يقوم على شئونه قانونا وذلك إذا أصيب المريض بمرض جسماني ينذر بالموت
على أن يخطر بذلك المجلس الإقليمي للصحة النفسية خلال مدة لا تجاوز ثلاثة أيام عمل .
