يحق لكل مريض نفسى بلغ الثامنة عشرة من عمره طلب دخول إحدى منشآت الصحة
النفسية دون موافقة أحد كما يحق له طلب الخروج فى أى وقت إلا إذا انطبقت عليه شروط
الدخول الإلزامى وفى هذه الحالة تتبع الإجراءات المقررة فى هذا الشأن ، وفى جميع الأحوال
يخطر أهل المريض متى وافق على ذلك .
