على السلطة المختصة بالتصديق على قرارات اللجان القضائية – فى حالة عدم الموافقة على قرار اللجنة – إعادته إليها خلال ستين يوما من تاريخ صدوره لنظر الموضوع من جديد مع إيضاح الأسباب الداعية لذلك .
ويعتبر قرار اللجنة الذى تنتهى إليه بعد إعادة نظر الموضوع ، مصدقا عليه .
