اذا كان الدين غير مستغرق واستوف كلة او بعضة من الموصى بة كان للموصى له ان يرجع بقدر الدين الذى استوفى فية ثلث الباقى من التركة بعد وفاة الدين .
الوصية بمثل نصيب الوارث .
