إذا كانت الوصية لقوم محصورين بلفظ يتناولهم ولم يعتنوا باسمائهم وكان بعضهم غير أهل للوصية وقت وفاة الموصي كان جميع ما أوصي به مستحقا للاخرين مع مراعة احكام المواد 26 ، 27 ،28 ، 29
