يحظر التصرف فى الأشياء التى أعفيت طبقا لأحكام المادة (٢٣) من هذا القانون فى غير الأغراض التى أعفيت من أجلها خلال السنوات الخمس التالية للإعفاء قبل إخطار المصلحة وسداد الضريبة المستحقة وفقا لحالة هذه الأشياء وقيمتها وفئة الضريبة السارية فى تاريخ السداد ما لم يقض نظام المعاملة بالمثل بغير ذلك .
وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية القواعد والإجراءات المنظمة لذلك .
