يلغى القانون رقم ٨٩ لسنة ١٩٤٦ الخاص بإنشاء نقابة المهن الهندسية ، ومع ذلك يستمر العمل بأحكام اللائحة الداخلية للنقابة وأحكام نوائح مراولة المهنة والمسابقات والأتعاب وغيرها من اللوائح المعمول بها وقت العمل بأحكام هذا القانون حتى صدور اللوائح التى تحل عليها طبقا لأحكامه .
