يجوز لمن صدر قرار بإسقاط عضويته من النقابة أن يطلب من الهيئة التأديبية الثانية بعد مضى أربع سنوات ميلادية من تاريخ القرار النهائى على الأقل إصدار قرار بإنهاء أثر العقوبة وإعادة قيده ، فإذا أجيب إلى طلبه كان له الحق فى إعادة قيد اسمه بالسجل وتعتبر أقدميته فيه من تاريخ القيد الجديد .
وإذا قررت الهيئة رفض طلبه جاز له تجديده ، بعد ثلاث سنوات من تاريخ إعلانه بقرار الرفض .
