يكون لكل شعبة مجلس مؤلف من سبعة إلى خمسة عشر عضوا ينتخبهم أعضاء الشعبة وينتخب مجلس الشعبة من بين أعضائه رئيسا للشعبة وأمينا لها وتكون مدة العضوية فى مجالس الشعب أربع سنوات وتجدد كل سنتين انتخاب نصف الأعضاء .
ويبين النظام الداخلى عدد أعضاء مجلس كل شعبة وشروط وإجراءات انتخابهم .
