مع عدم الإخلال بأحكام قانون المحاماة يجوز أن يحضر عن أصحاب الشأن أمام خبراء المحاكم الناقشة فى المسائل الفنية التطبيقية الأخصائيون الفنيون المقيدة أسماؤهم بسجلات النقابة وينوب الأخصائيون بعضهم عن بعض فى الحضور أمام الخبراء المذكورين .
