يتقادم الحق فى المطالبة برسم الدمغة المستحق طبقا لأحكام المادة ( ٤٦ ) لمضى خمس سنوات من يوم تقديم أو استعمال العقد أو الرسم أو الصورة أو المحرر الخاضع الرسم وتنقطع هذا التقادم بالمطالبة بأداء الرسم بكتاب موصى عليه بعلم الوصول ويسقط الحق فى استرداد الرسم المحصل بدون وجه حق بمضى سنة من يوم أدائه ولا يقبل طلب رد قيمة الطوابع الملصقة بأى حال من الأحوال .
