تختص الجمعية العمومية للنقابة الفرعية بما يأتى :
( ١ ) انتخاب رئيس النقابة الفرعية وأعضاء مجلس إدارة النقابة .
(ب) بحث أعمال النقابة الفرعية واعتماد الميزانية السنوية والحساب الختامى لها .
(ج) النظر فى الاقتراحات المقدمة من الأعضاء قبل موعد انعقاد الجمعية بعشرة أيام على الأقل .
( د ) النظر فيما يرى مجلس النقابة أو مجلس النقابة الفرعية عرضه على الجمعية .
