تكون مدة العضوية فى مجالس التنظيمات النقابية على كافة مستوياتها أربع سنوات .
وتسقط عضوية نصف عدد أعضائها بعد سنتين بالقرعة لأول مرة وتنتهى عضوية النصف الثانى بانقضاء أربع سنوات على انتخابهم .
وتستمر عضوية من انتهت مدته من أعضاء هذه المجالس حتى انتخاب من يحل محلهم .
ولا يجوز انتخاب العضو لأكثر من مرتين متتاليتين .
