على الوزراء تنفيذ هذا القانون كل منهم فيما يخصه ، ويعمل به من تاريخ نشره بالجريدة الرسمية ، ويصدر وزير الرى القرارات اللازمة لتنفيذه .
يبصم هذا القانون بخاتم الدولة ، وينفذ كقانون من قوانينها
صدر برياسة الجمهورية فى ٥ رجب سنة ١٣٩٤ ( ٢٥ يوليه سنة ١٩٧٤ )
