يعمل بأحكام قانون المرور المرافق .
ويلغى القانون رقم ٤٤٩ لسنة ١٩٥٥ بشأن السيارات وقواعد المرور ، كما تلغى لائحة عربات النقل والصندوق الصادرة بتاريخ ٧ من يناير سنة ١٨٩١ ولائحة عربات الركوب والأتوبيس الصادرة بتاريخ ٢٦ من يوليو سنة ١٨٩٤ ولائحة الدراجات الصادرة بها قرار وزير الداخلية بتاريخ ٤ من يونيو سنة ١٩٤١ ، كما يلغى كل ما يخالف قانون المرور المرافق من أحكام .
