Article 59 of the Traffic Law

يجوز لكل صاحب شأن أن يسترد ما دفعه من ضرائب ورسوم طبقا لهذا القانون إذا تبين أنها غير مستحقة كلها أو بعضها ، متى قدم طلبا بذلك إلى قسم المرور المختص خلال ثلاثة أشهر من الدفع مصحوبا بما يؤيده من الأوراق و إيصال ما أداه من ضرائب ورسوم ، و إلا سقط حقه في الاسترداد .
ويجوز أن يرسل الطلب بكتاب موصى عليه مصحوب بعلم وصول متى أرسل في الميعاد .
