يعفى من رسوم رخص القيادة الخاصة ، أعضاء السلكين الدبلوماسي والقنصلي العربيين والعاملون العرب أو الأجانب بالسفارات والقنصليات العربية أو الأجنبية وعائلاتهم بشرط المعاملة بالمثل ، كما يعفى أعضاء الهيئات الدولية العربية أو الأجنبية وعائلاتهم الذين يقرر وزير الداخلية إعفاءهم بناء على طلب وزير الخارجية .
