إذا امتنع زوج الملزم بتقديم الإقرارات المنصوص عليها فى المادة السابقة عن إعطائه البيانات اللازمة والتوقيع عليها وجب أن يخطر الجهة التى يقدم إليها إقراره بهذا الامتناع ، وعلى هذه الجهة تكليف الزوج الممتنع تقديم إقرار عن ذمته المالية خلال شهرين من تاريخ إخطاره .
