كل من أبلغ كذبا بنية الإساءة عن كسب غير مشروع ولو لم يترتب على ذلك إقامة الدعوى يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن ستة أشهر و بغرامة لا تقل عن مائة جنيه ولا تزيد على خمسمائة جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين .
