يجوز لرئيس المحكمة المختصة بنظر الدعوى ، إذا قامت دلائل كافية على الحصول على كسب غير مشروع أن يصدر بناء على طلب هيئة الفحص والتحقيق أمرا بتكليف الغير بعدم التصرف فيما لديه للمتهم أو أى شخص آخر من المذكورين فى المادة ١٨ من هذا القانون من ديون أو أجرة أو قيم منقولة أو غير ذلك ويترتب على هذا الأمر كل ما يترتب على حجز ما للمدين لدى الغير من آثار دون حاجة إلى إجراءات أخرى .
