تحدد مناطق الإرشاد فى موانى الهيئة العامة لموانى البحر الأحمر طبقا للجدول رقم (1) المرفق بالقانون رقم 24 لسنة 1983 باصدار قانون رسوم الإرشاد والتعويضات ورسوم الموانى والمنائر والرسو والمكوث.
ويجوز بقرار من وزير النقل والمواصلات إضافة مناطق إرشاد أخرى أو تعديل حدودها أو حذفها.
