يحدد وزير النقل والمواصلات بقرار منه منطقة الرؤية للمنائر وغيرها من العلامات الملاحية لتسهيل الملاحة البحرية بمناطق الإرشاد والاقتراب من الميناء.
ولا يجوز إقامة أية منشآت تؤثر على رؤية هذه المنائر أو العلامات الملاحية ليلا أو نهارا.
