في حالة غياب رئيس مجلس الإدارة يرأس المجلس نائب الرئيس والعضو المنتدب .
وتبلغ قرارات المجلس في جميع الأحوال إلى الوزير المختص بالإنتاج الحربي ، ولا تعتبر قرارات المجلس نافذة إلا بعد موافقة الوزير المختص بالإنتاج الحربي .
