يلغى القانون رقم 59 لسنة 1964 فى شأن العمد والمشايخ ومع ذلك يستمر
العمل باللوائح المعمول بها حاليا إلى أن تصدر اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون . كما يلغى كل
حكم يخالف أحكامه .
