تختص اللجنة المنصوص عليها فى المادة (١٤) بمحاكمة العمد والمشايخ
عما يقع منهم مخالفا لأحكام القوانين واللوائح التى تنظر مخالفتها أمام لجان إدارية ،
وتطبق اللجنة فى هذه الحالة العقوبات المنصوص عليها فى القوانين واللوائح المذكورة .
(١) المادة (٢٥) مستبدلة بالقانون رقم ٢٦ لسنة ١٩٩٤
وتتبع فى شأن هذه القرارات ما نصت عليه المادة السابقة .
ويصدر قرار الإحالة من مدير الأمن ويتضمن بيان التهمة أو التهم المنسوبة إلى المتهم
وبيانا موجزا بالأدلة عليها .
