يعاقب بالسجن المؤبد أو المشدد كل من حاول بالقوة احتلال شىء من المبانى العامة أو المخصصة لمصالح حكومية أو لمرافق عامة أو لمؤسسات ذات نفع عام .
فإذا وقعت الجريمة من عصابة مسلحة يعاقب بالإعدام من ألف العصابة وكذلك من تولى زعامتها أو تولى فيها قيادة ما.
