يعاقب بالعقوبات المنصوص عليها فى المادة ٨٤ كل من أذاع بيانات متعلقة بتحقيقات أو تحريات خاصة بجريمة من الجرائم المنصوص عليها فى هذا الباب :
[غير مقروء] الوقائع المصرية - العدد ٦٣ « غير اعتيادى » فى ٣٠ مايو سنة ١٩٤٠
ويحكم بالعقوبات المقررة فى المادة ٨٣ اذا كان من أذاع قد علم بهذه بيانات بسبب وظيفته أو بسبب مهمة نيط بها .
