يعاقب بالسجن كل موظف عام أو شخص ذى صفة نيابية عامة أو مكلف بخدمة عامة أفشى سرا من أسرار الدفاع عن البلاد وتكون العقوبة السجن المشدد إذا وقعت الجريمة فى زمن الحرب.
