إذا ارتكب الصغير بعد تسليمه لأحد من ذكروا في المادتين ٦٥ و ٦٧ جريمة في خلال سنة من تاريخ الأمر بتسليمه يحكم على من تسلمه بغرامة لا تزيد عن خمسين قرشا مصريا إن كانت الجريمة الثانية مخالفة وبغرامة لا تزيد على جنيهين مصريين إن كانت جنحة وبغرامة لا تزيد عن أربعة جنيهات مصرية إن كانت جناية .
