يجوز للقاضي في حال العود المنصوص عنه في المادة السابقة أن يحكم بأكثر من الحد الأقصى المقرر قانونا للجريمة بشرط عدم تجاوز ضعف هذا الحد .
ومع هذا لا يجوز في حال من الأحوال أن تزيد مدة السجن المشدد أو السجن على عشرين سنة .

يجوز للقاضي في حال العود المنصوص عنه في المادة السابقة أن يحكم بأكثر من الحد الأقصى المقرر قانونا للجريمة بشرط عدم تجاوز ضعف هذا الحد .
ومع هذا لا يجوز في حال من الأحوال أن تزيد مدة الأشغال الشاقة المؤقتة أو السجن على عشرين سنة .
