يجازى بغرامة لا تزيد على جنيه واحد مصرى أو بالحبس مدة لا تتجاوز أسبوعا :
( أولا ) من ابتدر انسانا بسب غير علنى .
( ثانيا ) من وقعت منه مشاجرة أو تعد وإيذاء خفيف ولم يحصل ضرب أو جرح .
