From 15 October 1937 to 5 November 1981
كل من وجد فى دكانه أو حانوته أو محل تجارته أو وجد عنده فى الأسواق شىء من الثمار أو المشروبات أو المواد المستعملة فى الأكل أو فى التداوى وكانت هذه الأشياء تالفة أو فاسدة يجازى بغرامة لا تتجاوز جنيها مصريا أو بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على أسبوع فضلا عن ضبط الأشياء التالفة أو الفاسدة ومصادرتها .
