From 15 October 1937 to 26 April 1949
يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن ستة أشهر ولا تزيد على خمس سنين وبغرامة لا تقل عن ثلاثين جنيها ولا تزيد على ثلثمائة جنيه كل من صنع أو استورد من الخارج أو أحرز فنابل أو ديناميتا أو مفرقعات أخرى بدون رخصة أو بدون مسوغ شرعى .
ويسرى حكم الفقرة الثالثة من المادة ٨٨ على هذه الجريمة .
