المؤلفات أو الأشياء التى عملت تقليدا يصير ضبطها لصاحب الامتياز ويجازى المقلد بدفع غرامة لا تتجاوز مائة جنيه مصرى . وكذلك من أدخل فى القطر المصرى أشياء من هذا القبيل عملت تقليدا فى البلاد الأجنبية يجازى بدفع غرامة لا تتجاوز مائة جنيه مصرى . وأما من باع أو عرض للبيع كتبا أو أشياء صار عملها تقليدا وهو عالم بحالتها فيجازى بدفع غرامة لا تتجاوز خمسة وعشرين جنيها مصريا .
