كل من اغتصب بالقوة أو التهديد سندا مثبتا أو موجدا لدين أو تصرف أو براءة أو سندا ذا قيمة أدبية أو اعتبارية أو أوراقا تثبت وجود حالة قانونية أو اجتماعية أو أكره أحدا بالقوة أو التهديد على إمضاء ورقة مما تقدم أو ختمها يعاقب بالسجن المشدد.
