كل من قلد مفاتيح أو غيرها أو صنع آلة ما مع توقع استعمال ذلك في ارتكاب جريمة يعاقب بالحبس مع الشغل مدة لا تزيد على سنتين .
أما إذا كان الجاني محترفا بصناعة عمل المفاتيح والأقفال فيعاقب بالحبس مع الشغل .
