ويجوز إبدال عقوبة الحبس المنصوص عليها في المادتين السابقتين بغرامة لا تتجاوز جنيهين مصريين إذا كان المسروق غلالا أو محصولات أخرى لم تكن منفصلة عن الأرض وكانت قيمتها لا تزيد على خمسة وعشرين قرشا مصريا .
