إذا كان تحريض الشبان أو مساعدتهم على الفجور أو الفسق أو تسهيل ذلك لهم واقعا ممن نص عنهم في الفقرة الثانية من المادة ٢٦٧ تكون العقوبة السجن من ثلاث سنوات إلى سبع .
