Article 269 of the Penal Code

كل من هتك عرض صبى أو صبية لم يبلغ سن كل منهما ثمانى عشرة سنة ميلادية كاملة بغير قوة أو تهديد يعاقب بالسجن، وإذا كان سنه لم يجاوز اثنتى عشرة سنة ميلادية كاملة أو كان من وقعت منه الجريمة ممن نص عليهم فى الفقرة الثانية من المادة (267) تكون العقوبة السجن المشدد مدة لا تقل عن سبع سنوات.
