من أحدث حال وضع النار في أحد الأشياء المذكورة في المادة السابقة ضررا لغيره يعاقب بالسجن المشدد أو السجن إذا كانت تلك الأشياء مملوكة له أو فعل بها ذلك بأمر مالكها .
